I’ve always been curious about what helps us feel more fully alive.

That curiosity has taken me through many different doors—from dance and movement to breath, embodiment, awareness, and the study of how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.

Today, those different threads come together in my work—creating practical ways to help people listen more closely to themselves, see more clearly, and meet life with greater awareness, presence, and choice.

One Thread, Many Doors

For a long time, I thought the different parts of my life belonged to separate chapters.

Dance and movement.

Breath and the body.

Personal exploration and the work I share today.

Over time, I’ve come to see that they’ve been connected by a single thread all along.

Movement taught me to listen to my body long before I had language for awareness or presence. Breath opened another door.

Each has deepened my curiosity about what it means to listen to ourselves more closely, become more present to our experience, and understand what helps us feel more connected and alive.

Looking back, I don’t think I’ve spent my life exploring different things.

I’ve been following many of the same questions through different doors.

The Body Was My First Teacher

Dance was one of the first places I experienced what it meant to be fully present in my body.

Long before I had language for awareness, presence, or embodiment, I knew that something changed when I moved.

It brought me into a deeper relationship with my body. It taught me to listen, to feel, to express, and eventually, to trust what I was experiencing from the inside.

I didn’t understand it this way at the time, but the body was already teaching me something that would become central to my work:

There is a different kind of knowing available when we learn to listen.

Breath Changed My Relationship With Myself

Breath came into my life years after dance, but something about it felt familiar.

Once again, I was learning through the body.

But developing a relationship with my breath changed something fundamental for me.

The breath helped me become aware of what was happening within me—feelings, sensations, emotions, and patterns I hadn’t always been able to see.

And then, the breath gave me a way to stay.

To be with what I was feeling rather than immediately moving away from it.

To build the capacity to remain with emotions and sensations long enough for them to move, unfold, and complete their natural cycle.

For me, the breath became a bridge—from awareness, to capacity, to integration.

And today, it remains at the heart of both my own practice and the work I share.

How I Work Today

Today, the different threads of my work come together through breath, movement, somatic awareness, nervous-system understanding, reflection, and practical exploration.

Breath remains at the heart of my work, but my approach has been shaped by many different practices, perspectives, and lived experiences.

What connects them is a simple intention:

To create enough space for us to notice what’s here, build the capacity to be with our experience, and have more choice in how we meet ourselves and our lives.

I bring these different approaches together to create the space and conditions for you to listen more closely to yourself and discover what is true for you.

Training & Experience

My work has been shaped by years of training and practice across breathwork, movement, embodiment, nervous-system education, and integrative approaches to wellbeing.

My learning continues to evolve alongside my own experience and curiosity, allowing me to draw from different perspectives while remaining present to the experience of the person in front of me.

Movement & Professional Experience

20+ Years in Dance & Movement

More than two decades of experience as a Brazilian dance performer and teacher, exploring movement, rhythm, expression, embodiment, and connection through the body.

My story is simply one way into this work.

What matters more is what you begin to notice in your own experience.

What you hear when you create a little more space.

What becomes clearer when you listen.

And what becomes possible when you begin to trust what you discover.

If you’re curious to explore, I’d love to welcome you in.
